Raviraj Realty was incepted by Mr. Ravindra Sakla at the young age of 16 years, way back in 1977. Though the beginning was modest his visionary approach led to laying the strong foundation of our company that was set to build benchmarks. While Mr. Sakla was based in Pune, he began with salt trading business with the salt division situated in Palghar.
The ambitious father and son duo, Naupatlal Sakla and Mr. Ravindra Sakla strongly believed in walking the untrodden path, which inspired them to invest in a property at Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune.
Today a bustling area vied by top builders, both had recognized its business potential that went unnoticed back then in 1994. Raviraj Realty laid the foundation of an ambitious 3 phase project called Patang Plaza and it held the recognition of being the tallest residential building in Bharati Vidyapeeth area.
