Graphic Designing Department
Graphic Designing department has the major responsibility of branding and online marketing activities. The Graphic designing team handles social media, and in-house print media requirements. They are always in touch with new technologies and design trends, so they ensure to incorporate new ideas regularly. Under the rousing leadership of Mr. Abhinandan Sakla we feel inspired to keep experimenting with unconventional and creative ideas. Currently, it is a small team but we are ambitious about expanding it shortly.
Design Architect department
The department is involved in attracting customers considering all the major factors related to law, location, amenities, etc. This eventually leads to better sales of property and progress of the company. At Raviraj Realty we endeavour to create unique and efficient designs to maximize the use of spaces along with providing new amenities. Also, our design architect department believes in utilizing sustainable and futuristic designs that protect the environment.
civil Department
The civil department is focused on providing affordable and comfortable dream homes and offices equipped with all modern amenities. Raviraj Realty carries a brand promise to complete the overall project within the stipulated time and budget with quality construction. The civil department plays a significant role in delivering this promise. Our civil team is always updated about the future requirements of modern technology. Our Customer Service team ensures customer delight thus, being an excellent differentiator for our brand. We are now introducing the option of live chat on our website so that existing customers can get a login id. This will provide a unique customer service experience by instantly resolving queries. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Our processes are digitized through Enterprise Resource Planning. Processing of vendors, contractors, and other creditors’ payments is done through our customized ERP solutions. Maximum construction activities are technology driven. Now we aim to go “Paperless”. All reports required by the management will be auto-generated by using the ERP solution.

Human Resource and Administration
We formulate strategies focusing on retaining talent, promoting customer involvement, and creating a technology-based Human Resource System. We believe that retaining our present team and providing the best opportunities will lead to the growth of the organization. We are aiming at digitizing all HR-related tasks, rebuilding and reinforcing a company culture that boosts motivation, innovation, and productivity to its peak. ESSL software is employed for maintaining the Attendance System.
Legal department
The focus has always been to earmark legal boundaries within which the management of the company is free to exercise its ingenuity in successfully managing the corporate enterprise. The legal department also ensures that all the company’s actions are legal under the various Acts, Laws, and Rules. Also, the department makes all the necessary information available to resolve issues successfully and expeditiously with the help of the team.
Pre-sales Department
Knowing customer requirements and their unique challenges has been the focus of the pre-sales department. This helps in product positioning and developing a proposal that best addresses customer challenges. The team specializes in handling data analysis and lead evaluation. Sales technology and customer insight are used to build profiles of ideal clients and patterns of behaviour to identify opportunities that are most likely to close.
The pre-sales department is specialized in conducting market surveys to understand customer needs to deliver customized projects.
Sales department

The purchase department is digitized and further aims to continue its journey towards efficient processes. It would take necessary steps to reach maximum efficiency.
