Corporate Social Responsibility
Raviraj Realty since its inception has always believed in giving back to the society and making their contribution to its growth. Corporate Social Responsibility activities have been a part of our culture, tradition and values.
The aim is to be able to express our gratitude to the society and nation that has always showered its abundance on us.

- Pramilabai Naupatlal Sakla Charitable trust
We are deeply inspired by Pramilabai and Naupatlal Sakla. Their humility and approach of actively contributing to the society’s growth has been our guiding force for all our charitable activities.
We have been contributing to the following fields by undertaking various social activities:
Healthcare
- Blood donation camp: Raviraj realty had organized a blood donation camp on 7 June 2021 on the occasion of Late Naupatlalji Sakla’s first death anniversary. It was organized at Mahavir Prathisthan , Salisbury park, Gultekdi, Pune.
- Mahaveer ki Roti: Raviraj Realty started a new initiative on 13 July 2022 in association with Neerjara group. The initiative is ‘10 ki roti’ wherein we provided 100 dabbas everyday to poor, and needy people in different Chowkis of Pune. We charged only Rs 10 from people to ensure that food isn’t wasted.
- Water Reserves: We have installed drinking water – water reserves at multiple places for the wellbeing of the citizens of Pune. We provide clean hygienic drinking water with proper maintenance from time to time.
Education
- Education fees: Recently Raviraj Realty has decided to pay the educational fees of their employees’ children. We have waived off fees from 1 – 12th standard. Employees of all designations are privy to this initiative.
- School Vehicle Provision: A while back we started an initiative at a Blind school for women at Vishrantwadi, Pune. The school and hostel didn’t have sufficient transportation facilities. So we started a school bus from the hostel to the school.
Community
We give multiple donations to Tirupati Balaji and Dagdusheth Ganpati. We have also built a temple in the premises of our project at Patang Plaza. Also, a Ganpati Mandir has been built in the society where huge celebrations are held every year.
Donations are given to patients in need of a heart surgery may it be children or adults.
Pramila Naupatlalji Sakla Charitable Trust Sansthan organizes Shardiya Navratra Mahostav at Sachhaimata Navdurga Mandir, opposite P.I.C.T. Mahavidyalaya, Bharati Vidyapeeth. Mr. Naupatlalji Sakla believed that festivals should be celebrated. In line with this belief the Trust organizes this festival. Many activities have been organized in the Sachhaimata Navdurga Mandir since the last 24 years.
